Mission

The goals and objectives of Young Singers of West Georgia Choir School are:

• to provide a professional choral experience for talented boys and girls ages 8-14 with emphasis on music education, touring, and performance of the highest standard.
• to offer the community and the state an opportunity to hear the unique sound of children's voices.
• to serve as musical and cultural ambassadors for the city of West Georgia and the State of Georgia.

History

The Young Singers of West Georgia is an elite choral group, organized to provide a unique music experience to young boys and girls. The founding year in 1995 was an unconditional success with excellence as the focus of the choir's work. The 1996-97 season brought the first major tour to St. Augustine and Orlando, followed by a trip to New York City in the 1998-99 season: both were great successes. [Read More...]
